19 MINUTES IN HEAVEN Average s*x session ‘lasts 19 minutes… and most couples can orgasm together’

SEX sessions for most couples last 19 minutes — ten of which are foreplay, a ­survey found.
Just over half (52 per cent) say romps last just the right amount of time.

A study has found the average sex session lasts 19 minutes

But for 23 per cent of men they are over too soon.

Only 15 per cent of women say they would prefer sex to last longer.

Meanwhile time pressures mean couples have to make do with a “quickie” one in every five times they have sex.

 The study also found that 89 per cent of couples have managed to orgasm at the same time, with 40 per cent claiming they share orgasms at least half the time they have sex.

Researchers then looked at how couples achieve shared orgasm, and found that in half of cases, one partner reaches their “trigger point” and then waits for the other to catch up.
